All pieces featured on this website are handcrafted by Robert Clerc Jewellery Pty Ltd in 18ct gold unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. As many of our designs are bespoke or limited in nature, availability may vary.

While we endeavour to ensure all descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions at our discretion.

3. Quotes and Pricing Validity

All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice after this period due to fluctuations in the cost of precious metals, gemstones, and other materials.

4. Lay-by and Payment Terms

We are pleased to offer lay-by options on selected pieces. This tailored payment plan can be arranged by contacting us in-store. All lay-by agreements will be subject to a minimum deposit and regular payments over an agreed term. Failure to meet the payment schedule may result in cancellation and associated fees.

5. Custom and Bespoke Orders

Bespoke pieces are made to order and require a non-refundable deposit before production begins. Once confirmed, bespoke orders are final and may not be returned or exchanged. Estimated production times will be discussed during consultation and may vary depending on design complexity.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted and often bespoke nature of our jewellery, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. All purchases are considered final. We encourage clients to make their selection carefully and are always available to assist with any questions prior to purchase. Bespoke and custom pieces are made to order and are not eligible for return under any circumstance. Proof of purchase is required for any after-sale enquiries.
